چکیده
To highlight the advantages of autonomous vehicles (AVs) in modern traffic, it is necessary to investigate sensing requirement parameters road environment during vehicle braking process. Based on texture information obtained using a field measurement, model an AV was built Simulink and ride comfort under typical scenarios analyzed CarSim/Simulink co-simulation. The results showed that proposed brake system for displayed better performance than traditional ABS when considering pavement adhesion characteristics. pressure should be controlled within range 4 MPa~6 MPa dry road, while wet conditions, 3 MPa~4 MPa. When steering duration “curve balance state” increased by about 57.14% compared with conditions recommended curve radius 100 m. slope gradient had significant effect initial speed level. Overall, evaluation method provide theoretical guidance strategies, which can help complement existing practices condition assessment.

This technology is penetrating the vehicle market and is designed to offer protection against the occurrence and severity of c...
متن کاملRide-through for Autonomous Vehicles
Safety critical systems often have shutdown mechanisms to bring the system to a safe state in the event of a malfunction. We examine the use of ride-through, a technique to reduce the frequency of safety shutdowns by allowing small transient violations of safety rules. An illustrative example of enforcing a speed limit for an autonomous vehicle shows that using a rate-limited ride-through bound...

−Reducing the number of traffic accidents is a declared target of most governments. Since dependence on driver reaction is the main cause of road accidents, it would be advisable to replace the human factor in some driving-related tasks with automated solutions. In order to automate a vehicle it is necessary to control the actuators of a car, i.e., the steering wheel, accelerator, and brake. Th...

To improve the efficiency of forest fire fighting, ride comfort is very important for firemen to maintain good physical condition. Firstly, a whole vehicle model was established with the ADAMS/view(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) software. Next, test and simulation were performed to verify the three-dimensional model. Finally, the comparison of real vehicle test and ride comfo...
متن کاملCoordinated Braking Strategies Supporting Mixed Autonomous and Conventional Vehicles
Autonomous driving vehicles are becoming popular as a solution to reach safe, efficient and comfortable mobility. However, at early market penetration, autonomous vehicles based on Cooperative ACC (C-ACC) policies will have to co-exist in mixed traffic conditions with less autonomous vehicles, such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) or conventional vehicles. In this paper, we introduce a simple c...
